By creating an account or using Click It (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including those on a free trial.
Click It is an AI-powered growth platform that provides tools for lead management, content creation, multi-channel outreach, social media scheduling, analytics, AI agents, and an AI product marketplace. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account details up to date. You may not share your account credentials with others or use another person's account.
You agree not to use the Platform to: (a) send unsolicited spam or communications to people who have not opted in; (b) violate any applicable law or regulation; (c) infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; (d) upload content that is illegal, harmful, or fraudulent; (e) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Platform; or (f) use the Platform to build competing products without authorization.
Click It offers subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Your selected plan begins after any free trial period ends. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. The Founder Launch Offer provides locked-in pricing for eligible early customers as described on our Pricing page.
Each plan includes usage limits for AI generation, contacts, and other resources. If you exceed your plan's limits, you may need to upgrade or purchase add-ons. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend accounts that abuse the Platform or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
The AI Marketplace allows users to build, publish, install, and sell AI products. Creators are responsible for the products they publish. Click It facilitates transactions but is not a party to agreements between creators and buyers. Marketplace sales are subject to Click It's revenue share and payout terms. Products that violate these Terms or our policies may be removed at our discretion.
You retain ownership of content you generate using the Platform. You may use generated content commercially, modify it, and distribute it as you see fit. Click It retains ownership of the Platform itself, including its software, design, and branding. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Platform without authorization.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and process any data you upload, including contact information for leads and prospects.
Click It integrates with third-party services (such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Twilio, and Stripe) via OAuth and API connections. You are responsible for complying with the terms of those third-party services. Click It is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your purposes. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Click It shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your account is inactive for an extended period. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases. We may retain your data for a reasonable period after termination as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
